Robin E. Goad, M.Sc., P.Geo., (President, CEO & Director)
Robin is a geologist and President and CEO of Fortune Minerals Limited. With 28 years of experience in the mining and exploration industries in Canada and internationally, Robin has worked for major mining companies and as a consultant to resource companies and government. Robin is a director of the NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines and has served as President and director of other TSX listed mineral exploration and development companies.

Julian Kemp, B.B.A., C.A., (Vice President Finance & C.F.O.)
Julian is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University . He has 16 years of experience in the mining industry, including serving in senior financial management roles with several North American junior mining companies with production of gold and coal, and positions with engineering and mining contracting companies. Julian has been involved in all stages of mineral development from grass roots exploration to international metals production, including managing companies through the business cycle.

Tom Rinaldi , (Vice President Operations)

Tom has more than 25 years of senior management and operations experience in the United States and Peru and will lead the key engineering, construction and operations aspects of Fortune's development projects as well as the dismantling and relocation of the Golden Giant mill at Hemlo, Ontario. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Tom's extensive experience includes work with a number of large, mid-tier and small mining companies, including Magma Copper, USMX, Mineral Ridge Resources, Minerex Resources, Equatorial Tonopah, and United Salt. He has held senior management positions in both open pit and underground mining operations and has supervised engineering, permitting and the construction of new projects. Notably, Tom's experience includes management of several gold and copper leach operations as well as solvent extraction (SX) and electro-winning (EW) technologies that are an integral component of Fortune's planned NICO hydrometallurgical process plant in the Northwest Territories.

Michael (Mike) T. Samuels, B.Eng., (Director of Technical Services)

Mike, who has a degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, has over 11 years experience in the mineral process industry, eight of those years at operating mines in the Northwest Territories and the Yukon Territory in Arctic Canada. Previously, he worked at the EKATI Diamond Mine at Lac de Gras, NT, one of the World's premier diamond recovery plants as Plant Superintendent and Process Development Superintendent with BHP Billiton.. Additionally, he had been Chief Metallurgist at Miramar Mining Corporation's Con Gold Mine in Yellowknife, NT where he was responsible for mineral processing and some of the engineering related to the Hope Bay development in Nunavut. At Con Mine, Mike gained extensive hydrometallurgical experience in pressure oxidation, key to the recovery of cobalt, gold, and bismuth at the NICO mine. Mike has also worked as Senior Metallurgist at Viceroy Australia PLC's Bounty Gold Mine in Western Australia, and as Chief Metallurgist at Viceroy Minerals Corporation's Brewery Creek Gold Mine near Dawson City, Yukon.

Dr. Richard (Rick) Schryer , Director of Regulatory & Environmental Affairs)
Dr. Schryer has more than 20 years experience in the mine permitting and environmental assessment ("EA") disciplines, principally for projects in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario. He is leading Fortune's EA and permitting activities for both its NICO and Mount Klappan projects, working closely with the Company's Manager of Environment and Community Affairs, Jim Mucklow. Rick completed his B.Sc. at the University of Ottawa, his M.Sc. at Laurentian University and his Ph.D. at the University of Saskatchewan in fish biology. During his tenure at Golder Associates Ltd., Rick completed several projects for De Beers, Diavik Diamonds Inc., AREVA, Cameco Corporation and Placer Dome.

Adam Jean, H.B.A., C.A., (Controller)
Adam Jean is focused on overseeing Fortune's financial controls and reporting operations and procedures. Adam is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business, and he is also a Chartered Accountant. Before joining Fortune, he was with Ernst & Young LLP, as Senior Manager, Assurance & Advisory Business Services. Adam has extensive financial assurance and risk advisory experience, including in the evaluation of financial, business and technological risks. He has also developed expertise in meeting the requirements of the financial regulatory and reporting environment of publicly listed companies. Reporting to Julian Kemp, CFO, Adam's experience will be integral in overseeing the design, implementation and management of internal controls and systems required to support the changing needs of Fortune as it transitions to a producing Company.

James (Jim) Mucklow, M.E.Sc., P.Eng, Manager of Environment and Community Relations)
Jim is involved with the management of environmental studies and programs, as well as permitting, including Environmental Assessments, as well as community relations for all of Fortune's projects. A geological and environmental engineer with 20 years of professional experience, he was Environmental Manager/Senior Hydrogeologist with Wardrop Engineering Inc. where he managed that company's Thunder Bay environmental group. He has conducted numerous environmental projects in Ontario, Saskatchewan and Nunavut, leveraging his extensive experience in virtually all areas of project management, field investigation, data analysis, and a broad range of environmental assessments and reports.

Patrick J. Moloney, B.Sc., B.Ed., (Manager of Human Resources)
As Fortune continues to develop its key assets in British Columbia and the Northwest Territories, Pat is instrumental in developing the Company's Human Capital through the recruitment and development of qualified personnel to assist the Company in its growth. A key part of this recruitment strategy will involve Fortune's commitment to the local communities and First Nation groups by providing training and development opportunities. With 11 years of human resources (HR) experience, including the past 8 in senior management roles, Pat is highly qualified in all aspects of workforce development. Since 2004, he was HR manager with Keiper Limited, a German-based automotive parts manufacturer following a total of five years in similar roles with Coca-Cola Bottling Company and Philips Lighting. He is also experienced in dealing in labour negotiations with both union and non-union facilities and dealing with government health and safety regulatory boards.
